1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Qeintech's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our cloud infrastructure services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You are prohibited from:

  • Using our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of our services
  • Transmitting any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are due in accordance with the payment terms specified in your service plan. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime for our services. Details of our SLA, including credits for downtime, are available in your service agreement. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from SLA calculations.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but you are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Qeintech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Qeintech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and we may delete your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our service dashboard. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
