By accessing the qeintech.com website, or any service, network, server, or any other QeinTech site (qeintech.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the linked Privacy Policy, as well as all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms or with the privacy policy, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or any other QeinTech (qeintech.com) service (qeintech.com), including but not limited to:
qeintech.com is equivalent to QeinTech.*.qeintech.com equals and indicates any sub-domain of qeintech.com (Examples: dash.qeintech.com, client.qeintech.com, host.qeintech.com).QeinTech has not checked (reviewed) all sites that redirect, link or use QeinTech services, networks or websites. Consequently, any link that includes qeintech.com does not mean that it is operated, controlled, approved or reviewed by QeinTech. Use of any linked site is at the user's own risk and responsibility.
QeinTech reserves the right to update its terms of service, privacy policy, imprint or anything else such as, (but not limited to): the prices of a service, offers in the free plan, renewal prices for existing plans or anything else at any time, even without notice. By using this site (qeintech.com or any *.qeintech.com), you agree to be bound by these terms of service, privacy policy and imprint, and you automatically accept any changes made.
4.1 The use of proxies and virtual private networks (VPNs) is not permitted.
4.2 The use of our services for cryptocurrency mining is strictly prohibited. Using server resources for mining operations may compromise the stability and performance of the system, and as such, is considered a violation of our terms.
4.3 It is strictly prohibited to use our services for any illegal activity, including but not limited to:
Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws, or any of the activities listed above, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action on the service(s) or subscription, including suspension or termination of the contract and service without refund.
4.4 Excessive CPU usage is strictly prohibited on our services or servers. Any usage that adversely impacts the performance, stability, or reliability of the shared hosting environment is not allowed. We reserve the right to monitor CPU usage and take appropriate actions, including but not limited to: throttling, suspending, or terminating services, if we determine that your usage exceeds acceptable levels.
4.5 We reserve the right to monitor, intervene, and take preventive actions to ensure that the service is used in accordance with our terms of service. Any activity that could damage the integrity of our systems, network or violate the law will be treated with seriousness.
4.6 The QeinTech team reserves the right to remove or suspend any service, website, server, VM, or other hosted content at any time if deemed inappropriate or harmful, regardless of whether it is explicitly listed among prohibited activities.
5.1 Although some services may be advertised as "unlimited" or "unmetered," they are subject to physical hardware and network limitations, as well as our fair use policy; extreme usage deemed abusive may result in a request to remove certain features or, in extreme cases, service termination.
5.2 Fair use is at the discretion of the QeinTech administrative team, and you agree to accept any decision made by them. We will only enforce the fair use policy if necessary.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse to provide a service in the event of abuse of free trial, free tier offers or refunds.
5.4 If we detect any attempt or ongoing abuse, we may, even without evidence or valid reasons, terminate all services, servers, databases, data, and accounts without any prior notice, and we are not responsible for any data loss, downtime or any other kind of loss.
6.1 QeinTech is committed to minimizing maintenance and downtime of its infrastructure to ensure high service availability.
6.2 Service Performance: In the event of extreme slowdowns on our premium services for paying users with active subscriptions, it may be possible to request SLA compensation. Such requests will be evaluated by our staff according to the specific incident report.
6.3 Bandwidth Guarantee: While we leverage multi-gigabit uplinks, QeinTech does not guarantee any strict minimum inbound or outbound bandwidth for shared hosting profiles unless explicitly contracted under a dedicated enterprise SLA.
7.1 Scope: QeinTech offers specialized hosting environments available via our client area. This includes Database hosting, Game Servers, VPS, and Docker container orchestration systems.
7.2 Supported Platforms: We officially support Minecraft Servers (Java/Bedrock), Python/NodeJS applications, and Discord Bots. While other services may run perfectly, active technical support is prioritized for these ecosystems.
7.3 Limitations: We cannot guarantee that it is possible to host *anything* on our shared platforms. Services run in isolated environments with shared IPs and allocated port ranges unless a dedicated IP is specifically purchased.
7.4 Uptime Guarantee: QeinTech does not guarantee a strict minimum uptime across all distributed edge nodes, especially free-tier architectures. Production-grade SLA guarantees are restricted to designated Premium/Enterprise environments.
7.5 Automatic Server Deletion (Free Tier): Users on free tiers are affected by automatic deletion protocols. If a server is inactive for 20+ days without renewal/activity, warnings are dispatched. At 30 days, resources are automatically decommissioned and all data is irrecoverably deleted to free up hardware allocation for active users.
7.6 Data Security: It is the exclusive responsibility of the user to generate, download, and maintain off-site backups periodicially. QeinTech is not liable for data loss, corruption, or hardware failure resulting in information deletion.
7.7 Multiple Accounts: Creating or owning more than one account to bypass free-tier limits or bans is strictly prohibited. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in immediate network-wide hardware bans and the permanent deletion of all associated data without notice.
7.8 Abuse Reporting: QeinTech acts globally as an infrastructure provider. We are protected under Safe Harbor principles. If you identify malicious content hosted on our network, email abuse@qeintech.com for immediate tactical takedown procedures.
8.1 Premium Plans: Paid plans provide dedicated resources detached from free-tier limitations. Products are detailed extensively during checkout. Unlisted features remain subject to standard system limitations.
8.2 Upgrades: Users may upgrade between tiers. Upgrades reset billing cycles. Previous plan partial-refunds or time-credits are strictly un-approved unless authorized by billing support. Downgrades mid-cycle are not supported.
8.3 Expirations: When a Premium plan expires and enters a suspended state, QeinTech will hold the data securely for a maximum grace period (usually 3-7 days) before performing a forced system-wide erasure or downgrade, irrevocably deleting configurations and databases reliant on premium allocations.
8.4 Payments: QeinTech utilizes secure, globally recognized merchant processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Tebex). Payments are strictly only valid if processed directly through qeintech.com checkout portals.
9.1 Timeline: A refund can be requested within 3 days of initial payment for severe technical faults solely originating from QeinTech hardware. Routine latency, buyer's remorse, or failure to read feature descriptions do not qualify.
9.2 Prohibited Use: If the purchased service has been used for prohibited activities (Section 4), the refund right is immediately waived and funds are held to cover administrative remediation.
9.3 Right of Withdrawal: By purchasing digital, instantly-provisioned server infrastructure, the user conceptually agrees to the instant execution of the service and fundamentally waves standard digital cooling-off withdrawal rights where legally permissible.
10.1 Retention: QeinTech retains data while accounts remain actively provisioned. Upon requested account termination, non-financial identifying data and server instances are queued for cryptographic erasure.
10.2 Deletion Requests: Users may request permanent architectural deletion of their profile by authenticated ticket or emailing legal@qeintech.com. Financial transaction records are strictly held to comply with international anti-fraud / taxation compliance regulations.
10.3 Breach Acknowledgement: While utilizing AES-256 encryption at rest, internet-connected systems face inherent risks. By deploying on QeinTech, the user acknowledges this risk. QeinTech bears zero financial liability for data exposure resulting from unpatched user software, leaked credentials, or sophisticated zero-day architectural exploits.
