High-Availability Infrastructure
Our partner data center facilities operate enterprise N+1 redundant power transformers, backup diesel generators, dual A+B network drops, and enterprise cooling systems.
- Dual Power Feeds: Redundant power delivery units protect against local utility grid fluctuations.
- Multi-Carrier Transit: Automated BGP routing reroutes traffic around upstream carrier congestion.
- Proactive Hardware Audits: NVMe drive health, ECC memory integrity, and thermals are monitored around the clock.
Operational & Downtime Policy
We work tirelessly to resolve any technical issues swiftly. However, services are provided on a commercially reasonable effort basis without financial compensation or credit payouts:
- Scheduled Maintenance: Necessary kernel and firmware updates are scheduled during off-peak hours and announced in advance via Discord and System Status.
- No Compensation / Credits: We do not offer financial compensation, monetary reimbursements, or credit payouts for temporary downtime, carrier disruptions, or maintenance.
- Customer Backups: We strongly encourage maintaining independent offsite backups of critical server maps and databases.
