Understand our cancellation workflows, refund eligibility terms, and platform availability policies.
You have full control over your active services and can schedule immediate or end-of-cycle cancellations directly from your client portal in the QeinTech Console.
We maintain a clear and realistic operational policy regarding platform availability, maintenance, and refunds.
Key information
- Cancellations: Can be requested anytime from the Billing tab in the QeinTech Console with no cancellation penalties or hidden lock-ins.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy. Setup fees, dedicated IPs, and domain registrations are non-refundable.
- Downtime Policy: While we target 99.8% platform availability, we do not offer monetary payouts, chargebacks, or credit refunds for unscheduled outages, carrier fiber cuts, upstream maintenance, or DDoS mitigation events.
